The purpose of the workshop was to share some preliminary experiences, devise implementation strategy, share the annual plan of operations, and roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders etc. Representatives of ASF, local NGOs and line agencies participated in the workshop.

It has to be noted that recently LASOONA has singed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF) - a project of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MINFAL) and co-financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) - for the implementation of the Project in District Swat and Dir (Lower).
