The training has enhanced women's skills on product development, designing, innovativeness, business management, and costing & pricing. The USAID is providing support to LASOONA to help improve the embellished fabrics products (design & quality), and link 10,000 women embellishers to alternative markets. This training session is a part of the training programme of enhancing the business development skills of 300 female sale agents by the end of year 2013.

The comprehensive training will assist the female sales agents, how to develop market oriented products with proper design. This will also help them to bring innovation in their work and attract more and more customers by working in different way.
