The training has started from 9th April and will last till April 15, 2007. Twenty Community Activists from different parts of the district are participating in the mentioned training.  The Executive Director formally inaugurated the event. During his inaugural speech, he said that LASOONA is committed to help the people of Kohistan in their struggle for development. For this purpose, LASOONA is implementing a multi-sectoral area development program in collaboration with the Barani Area Development Project-II since 2003. Besides these institutional building programs, LASOONA also organizes different skill development or vocational trainings to build the capacity of individuals and help them to earn their livelihood in a better way and hence contribute in the economic development of the area.
